Matthew J. Bates Vice President, Products & Solutions As vice president of products and solutions, Matthew Bates is responsible for leading product and content management across all healthcare markets at Thomson Healthcare. Bates has more than 15 years of experience in product, marketing, operations, and technology roles in the healthcare industry. Most recently, he served as a senior principal in the health and life sciences practice at Knightsbridge Solutions. Earlier, he served as director of business intelligence in the healthcare practice with Braun Consulting. He has also held positions at Pinnacol Assurance, Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), and Health Care Management Inc. (HCM). Bates holds a master of public health (MPH) from the University of Denver, and a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from The Metropolitan State College of Denver. Back
