General Counsel
Andra Heller brings expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, intellectual property, and general corporate law to her position as general counsel.
Previously, Heller was a partner with the corporate practice group of Freeborn & Peters, a commercial law firm in Chicago. Representing public and private companies in the U.S. and Europe, she was highly involved in negotiating and drafting documentation for mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, software licensing, and employment matters.
After receiving her undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, Heller served as a clerk in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Iowa for a year.
A member of the Illinois State Bar Association, she recently served two terms as a member of the board of directors of the Junior League of Chicago and has served as pro bono legal counsel for the organization.
