Solucient Expands Relationship with Sharp HealthCare to Include CRM Tool

EVANSTON, IL — January 11, 2006 — Sharp HealthCare, San Diego's leading healthcare system, has selected crmView™ from Solucient® as its customer relationship management (CRM) solution.

crmView is a CRM tool that allows healthcare providers to collect data from across its organization to build a CRM database. It combines the industry's leading consumer research with online reporting and HouseholdView™, Solucient's proprietary healthcare segmentation system. In addition to crmView, Sharp uses other planning and marketing tools from Solucient including The Market Planner® Plus and Healthview Plus®.

According to Jared Solomon, advertising and custom relationship marketing manager for Sharp, the common segmentation system used by all three tools is one of the main reasons why Sharp chose crmView as its new customer relationship management tool. "The common segmentation among these three products allows us to conduct more effective research about who we are going to target, resulting in a more seamless execution," said Solomon.

Sharp will use crmView to assist the organization in continuing with its current customer relationship marketing campaigns, including a new movers program and service line campaigns.

Although Sharp evaluated other CRM tools for consideration, Solomon noted that Solucient's crmView provided the "best overall value for the investment."

Other advantages to Solucient's crmView, according to Solomon, include its easy-to-use interface, and the customer service and support.
