Insight: Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center Updates Strategic Plan
Like most hospitals, Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC) has a strategic plan to guide its response to needs and opportunities in their market. Recognizing that significant changes (aging population, manpower shortages, population shifts and changes in technology) are shaping future needs, PVHMC asked Solucient to help update their strategic plan.
